Battle of the Bollywood Maestros

Each music director will be represented by 5 songs in the face-off, and these 5 songs will be selected based on your suggestions!

It’s simple. Just 3 easy steps:

1. Pick one music director to support: A.R. Rahman or R.D. Burman

2. Select one song (by the music director of your choice) that you think would best represent him
(NOTE: Remember, you’re trying to make an impression – so pick a song you think the audience will respond to. This need not be your favorite song.)

3. Send us an email to info@thirdi.org with the following info (or post a comment below with the required info) by AUGUST 8, 2010:
- Your Name
- Title of Song
- Film it is from
- If song (video) is available online, please include url
- Why you chose this song to represent your music director
- Contact Info (Email/Telephone)

If your suggestion makes it to the battle-list, we’ll be in touch before the event. For the rest of our audience, the battle line-up will be unveiled at the event.

Audience members will get to vote on each song (ballots will be provided), and a running tally of votes will be maintained throughout the evening. The Maestro with the most number of votes at the end of the evening will ascend to the status of Bollywood Legend!
