The cast of characters (some speaking the Bard's prose in Hindi) suffer strange confusion and magical coincidence - all in a state of delightful delirium. Starring Parminder Nagra (Bend It Like Beckham, ER) and Chiwetel Ejiofor (Dirty Pretty Things), with music by Nitin Sawhney.

Shadow Scan

Dir: Tinge Krishnan, 2000, 11min.

A dark and dizzying trip through a South Asian doctor's final moments reveal the harrowing reality of hospital life.

Nitin Sawhney Master Class: "Writing the Musical Score for Film"

Co-presented by NASHA & Ahiri Music Institute

In 2000 he was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize. In 2001, he garnered a MOBO Award and BBC Radio's Music Award. His score work includes "Split Wide Open", "Secret Asians", "Goodness Gracious Me", "Anita and Me", and Akram Khan Dance Company's "Kaash".
