What is time? The answers are as varied as the human population. Yet, collectively we are moving faster than ever before, to develop ourselves and to develop the third world - globalizing time for production and consumption. This film questions how our human concept of time influences the decisions we make, as revealed through the stories of relief and rebuilding in post-tsunami Sri Lanka. A surprising and lyrical film that charms and disconcerts through both its technique and for what it suggests about the human condition.
